Blue Peter, BlackAdder, Joint Account, Allo Allo, The House Of Elliot, Casualty, Doctors, and, Gina’s Laughing Gear all first aired on BBC 1.

The Muppet Show itself was filmed at Elstree Television studios, which back then was owned by ATV, but some thirty years later is currently BBC.

Dave Chapman, Louise Gold, Brian Henson, Nigel Plaskitt, Katherine Smee, and, Andrew Spooner had previously worked together on Muppet Treasure Island

Brian Henson, and Louise Gold had previously worked on The Great Muppet Caper. They also both appear on the documentary Inside The Labyrinth and on the Muppet Christmas Carol, Soundtrack, and feature in the documentaries The Wonderful World Of Puppets and I Love The Muppets. And Louise performed, and Brian spoke at Jim Henson’s Memorial Service.

Louise Gold and Nigel Plaskitt have worked together, many times, as fellow puppeteers on: Spitting Image, The Tale Of The Bunny Picnic, The Spooks Of Bottle Bay, The Secret Life Of Toys, Mopatop’s Shop, and, Alice In Wonderland. They were also both involved with Space Sprogs (pilot episode), Five Minutes More, and featured on Best Ever Spitting Image. In additional Nigel directed Louise in her own cabaret act LOUISE GOLD…By Appointment.

Brian Henson, and, Nigel Plaskitt had previously puppeteered on Labyrinth.

Warrick Browlow-Pike, and, Louise Gold had previously worked together, puppeteering a pair of Termites, on Transmission Impossible With Ed And Oucho.

Louise Gold, and, Katheirne Smee had previously worked together on Jim Henson’s The Animal Show.

Louise Gold, Andy Heath, Andrew James Spooner, Warrick Brownlow-Pike, Katherine Smee, and, Michael Winsor have gone on to puppeteer on The Furchester Hotel.

Katherine Smee went on to become resident puppeteer on Justin’s House, which Louise Gold was Guest Puppeteer on one episode of.

Nigel Plaskitt, Louise Gold, Dave Chapman, and, Warrick Brownlow-Pike have all gone on to take part in Muppets And Puppets (Kaleidoscope Event).

Colleen Smith went on to make GLOP  (Glorious Ladies Of Puppetry) a reality, and Louise Gold puppeteered on the first season of it.
