This particular episode had a running joke about the star Rita’s visa having expired, and took the form of a spoof campaign to have it renewed.

Adrian Edmonson’s recording credits include Utterly Utterly Live Comic Relief. His Stage and television credits include Comic Relif 1986.

Michael Fenton-Stevens’s recording credits include Spit In Your Ear.

Lill Roughley and Louise Gold had previously appeared in the same episode of Joint Account.

Sally Ann Triplett had previously appeared on stage in The Metropolitan Mikado. She has gone on to appear in Side by Side By Sondheim 25th Anniversary Gala, Happily Ever After, Side By Side By Sondheim 30th Anniversary Gala, and, A Love Letter To Dan. Her recording credits include Simply Musicals, Magic Of The Musicals, The Best Of The Musicals, and, 100 Hits Musicals. She may have previously taken part in Thing A Thon.

Philip Lowrie went on to appear on stage in The Taming Of The Shrew, and on television in Coronation Street.
