All of the performers in the show were of course appear, or otherwise involved in working in 2003 Chichester Festival Theatre repertory company.

Trevor Conner, Deborah Crowe, Fiona Dunn, Steve Elias, Steven Fawell, Louise Gold, Jo Nesbitt, Katherine O’Shea, Sasha Oakley, Jamie Parker, Christian Patterson, Benedict Quirke, Joe Shovelton, and, Nicola Sloane  were appearing in The Gondoliers.

Trevor Conner, Deborah Crowe, Fiona Dunn, Steve Elias, Steven Fawell, Louise Gold, Paul Leonard, Jo Nesbitt, Katherine O’Shea, Sasha Oakley, Christian Patterson, Benedict Quirke, Joe Shovelton, and, Nicola Sloane were appearing in The Waterbabies, which had music and lyrics by Jason Carr, and on which Lucy Jameson was the Assistant Director, while Steven Pimlott seems to have had something to do with the original idea.

Just over a week later Desmond Barrit, Louise Gold, and, Philip Quast appeared in Curtain Up, where Philip Quast also sang I Was Here.

Louise Gold, and, Jason Carr had previously appeared at The Chichester Festival Theatre in Noel/Cole: Let’s Do It; and perform on that shows cast album Noel/Cole: Let’s Do It (Recording).

Louise Gold had previously appeared at The Chichester Festival Theatre in The Cherry Orchard, and went on to appear in Gypsy (as Mazeppa).

Desmond Barrit and Louise Gold returned to the Chichester Festival Theatre to host the Christmas Concerts 2003.

Desmond Barrit and Louise Gold had previously appeared together in Du Barry Was A Lady (2001 Production).

Fiona Dunn, and, Louise Gold had previously appeared in Of Thee I Sing.

Fiona Dunn had previously appeared in the Regents Park 70th Anniversary Gala.

Louise Gold, and, Paul Leonard had previously appeared in The Pirates Of Penzance (Stage production) and as a member of that company in The Pirates Of Penzance (Gala Performance), The Pirates Of Penzance Gala Preview, The Pirates Of Penzance (Benefit Preview), and, The Royal Variety Performance (1982).

Philip Quast has gone on to take part in Shopping With The Stars 2008, and, Shopping With The Stars 2009. His recording credits include 100 Hits Musicals.

Louise Gold, and, Desmond Barrit went on to take part in Flaunt It 2008.

Louise Gold, and, Christian Patterson went on to appear together in Oliver!

Louise Gold has herself performed Down In The Depths in a Lost Musicals concert stageing of the show from which the song originally comes, Red Hot & Blue. She has sung backing vocals for Don’t Tell Mama on the JAY/TER recording of Cabaret. She has also played a Shirley Bassey style singer in Laugh...? I Nearly Paid My License Fee.

Louise Gold performed Dancing Queen in the musical Mamma Mia, and as a member of that cast on both Jim Davidson Presents, and, A Week In The West End.

Jason Carr and Louise Gold have worked together many times. They both worked on Chicago & Company, A Time To Start Living, 110 In The Shade, and One Touch Of Venus (2000 Production) They may have each contributed to Thing A Thon. While Louise has sung to Jason’s accompaniment on: Broadway To Brighton, Oh Kay, A Lost Musicals Occasion, Defiant Dames, and, Dead By 12, and Somethin’ Good. They have also appeared together in Louise Gold’s cabaret act LOUISE GOLD....By Appointment – where Louise does her “unplugged” version of Dancing Queen and has been known to get the audience to sing-along to it in Japanese.
